30mins Luscious Sautéed Roasted Pork Recipe

Ingredients:


560g Roasted pork

1 Onions

50g Spring onions

40g Leaf Celery

6 cloves Garlic

2 Chili Padi


Cooking oil

Oyster sauce (vegetarian) Salt OR Vegetarian Mushroom Seasoning -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


Directions


i) Slice garlic.

ii) Cut the onion into quarters, follow by peeling it layers by layers.

iii) Slice chili padi.

iv) Cut spring onions & leaf celery into 3-4 cm pieces.

v) Slice roasted pork.

vi) Heat the pan and add in chili padi to stir fry for a minute to get a bit of taste follow by adding the cooking oil, and stir fry for another minute.

vii) Add in garlic, and roasted pork.

viii) Pour the Chinese cooking wine across the edge of the pan & mix it.

ix) Add in spring onions & leaf celery, follow by onion.

x) Add in oyster sauce to get the taste, dark soy sauce to get the color, vegetarian powder to raise the taste.

xi) Another round of Chinese cooking wine across the edge of the pan, to enhance the fragrance.

Side Notes:


§ You may replace pork belly with roasted pork. We use roasted pork because it’s easy and convenient, yet it adds up the crisp from the skin.

§ For the Chinese cooking wine, we usually using ShaoXing, if you don’t have this at home, you may try others that you have on hand.

§ We use vegetarian oyster sauce, feel free to use the original oyster sauce.
