Ingredients:
500g Spaghetti
450g Bacon
30g Coriander
12 cloves Garlic
Olive Oil
Cooking Oil
Salt OR Vegetarian Mushroom Seasoning -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Directions
i) Boil a pot of water for the spaghetti, and cook for 8 mins.
ii) Add some cooking oil & 1 tbsp of salt when the spaghetti brings to boil.
iii) Peeled and cut 12 cloves of garlic, & sliced them.
iv) Chopped 30g of coriander.
v) Cut 450g bacon into strips.
vi) Heat the pan, follow by adding in the sliced garlic without oil to keep oil from splattering when it meets water.
vii) Add olive oil to the pan-fried garlic, and start frying until it turns golden brown.
viii) Add bacon into it and stir fry it until crispy and a little light brown.
ix) Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the pan, and start stirring until they blended completely.
x) Add a pinch of salt & mix it again. It’s ready to serve!

Side Notes:
Feel free to change your bacon into beef bacon (we’re using pork in the video).
Optionally, you may also add some cheese powder or grated cheese to serve with it!
