10mins Super Quick Lifestyle Kimchi Soup w. Pork Belly Rolls

Ingredients:

350g Pork Belly

200g Kimchi

Korean Anchovy Powder Korean Gochujang (Red Chili Paste) Chili powder -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


Directions

i) Get prep with pork belly.

ii) Select bigger pieces kimchi that can fit the pork belly pieces.

iii) Roll both Kimchi & pork belly together.

iv) Place the rolls evenly in the pot.

v) Now, boil a pot of water to prep for the soup.

vi) Add 2 teaspoon of anchovy powders into the boiling water & mix it.

vii) Once the anchovy soup boils, pour it into the pot where the rolls are, let it boil.

viii) Mix the sauce to enhance the soup, add 2 teaspoon of Korean Gochujang, 2 teaspoon of chili powder, and mix it.

ix) After mixed, add it into the boiling soup & let it boil again.

x) Get a taste, if you think it’s too salty, add a little bit of water to ease it.

xi) Once boiled, its ready to serve~

Side Notes:

§ If you like it very spicy, feel free to add more Korean Gochujang (chili paste); vice versa.

§ Or if you don’t like the chili powder, you can opt out from it.

§ I personally found the chili paste with chili powder blends in surprisingly well and make up the taste just nice. No other seasonings in need.
